This page explains how to request account deletion in the app, what happens when you confirm deletion, and which data may be retained for a limited period.
The app is listed as Notice. Use this name when reviewing the Play Console policy.
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address tied to the account and we will help process the request manually.
Deleted when the account is removed
Account profile data, login identity, and user-linked app records are removed from the active system, including the account row and content linked to the user such as notices, rooms, messages, and reports associated with the account.
Retained for up to 30 days
Encrypted backups may keep deleted data for up to 30 days before they are overwritten. This short retention window is used for recovery, security, and operational resilience.
Retained for up to 90 days
Limited support, security, and abuse-prevention logs may be retained for up to 90 days before being deleted or anonymized, unless we must keep them longer to comply with a legal obligation.
